🐾 Allowed Pets

We welcome a variety of common companion animals. Here’s who can officially pack up their treats and move in:

• Dogs (up to [XX] lbs – breed restrictions may apply)
• Cats (all sass levels welcome)
• Domestic Birds (cages required; karaoke nights optional)
• Fish (in tanks under 30 gallons)
• Rabbits (must be litter-box trained)
• Hamsters, Gerbils, and Guinea Pigs (tiny furniture encouraged but not required)
• Bearded Dragons (name must be something majestic like “Sir Scales-a-Lot”)

🛑 Not Allowed (Sorry, Y’all)

We love animals — but for safety, space, and occasional sanity, these critters are not allowed:

• Venomous snakes or reptiles
• Spiders larger than a quarter
• Goats (even emotional support goats with sweaters)
• Miniature horses (yes, they’re cute. No, they can’t live on the balcony.)
• Ferrets (too sneaky. They know what they did.)
• Any pet featured in a Florida Man headline
• Hedgehogs named Sonic that try to escape every five minutes
• Mythical creatures (unless you have documentation from a licensed wizard)

💸 Pet Fees

Because even good boys and girls sometimes cause a little mess:

• One-time Pet Fee: $100 per pet
• Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
• Maximum of [2] pets per apartment

Pet fees are non-refundable. The rent covers everything from community poop bag stations to the occasional chewed-up baseboard.

🐶 Pet Interview & Approval

Some pets may be subject to a quick virtual meet-and-greet (or an in-person wag-and-sniff). Final approval is at the discretion of Ashton Pointe management.

💼 Service & Assistance Animals

Verified service animals and emotional support animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees or restrictions, in accordance with applicable laws. Just let us know how we can accommodate you.
